Vishay VSMF3710 Series IR Emitting Diodes

The VSMB3940 series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are high speed Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in surface mount (SMT) PLCC-2 packages which use double hetero (DH) technology. Suitable applications for the VSMB3940 include; IR data transmission, transmissive or reflective sensors and emitter applications where space is limited.
