Vishay TSUS4300 Series IR Emitting Diodes

The TSUS4300 family, from Vishay Semiconductors, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They come in standard T-1 (3mm) packages with a blue tinted plastic package. They have a wavelength of 950nm.
Suitable applications for the TSUS4300 IR LEDs include; IR remote control, air transmission systems and emitters in transmissive and reflective sensors.
